The LIN || 413 project is a private residence designed in 2025 by the V.BILENKO DESIGN team in the United States. With a total area of 3,603 square feet, the project allowed for the creation of a well-balanced, spatially rich, and functionally flexible living environment.

The interior is rooted in the principles of contemporary architectural minimalism, with a strong focus on tactile materials, clean geometry, and the interaction with light. Natural tones of wood, stone, and textiles dominate the space, forming a calm, warm, and visually harmonious atmosphere.

The layout is conceived as a unified living scenario, where each zone flows naturally into the next. Architectural elements, integrated lighting, and custom-designed furniture operate as a single system, emphasizing the scale of the residence while maintaining a sense of privacy and comfort.

Special attention was given to lighting: panoramic windows, multi-layered illumination, and accent fixtures add depth to the interior and transform its perception throughout the day. Materials were carefully selected for their durability, aesthetics, and premium quality.

LIN || 413 represents a contemporary American residence where architecture, interior design, and detail are seamlessly combined into a cohesive and thoughtfully designed living environment.
