The DEB || 103 project is a private residence in the United States, completed in 2024 by the V.BILENKO DESIGN team. With a total area of 2,240 square feet, the project resulted in a compact yet carefully structured space defined by clear functional logic.

The interior is based on a contrast between light architectural surfaces and expressive textural accents. Natural materials, a calm color palette, and minimalist geometry shape an atmosphere of visual clarity and contemporary comfort.

The layout emphasizes openness and flexibility. Shared spaces flow seamlessly into one another while maintaining a balance between privacy and social interaction. Architectural lines are reinforced through integrated elements and restrained detailing, enhancing the overall coherence of the interior.

Lighting plays a central role in shaping the character of the residence. A combination of natural daylight, linear illumination, and accent lighting creates spatial depth and highlights architectural volumes throughout the day.
